History
PENTECOSTAL CITY MISSION CHURCH COLTON is a Bible believing-teaching branch of the International Pentecostal City Mission Church that began as the Healing Mission in Kingston Jamaica in 1924.
What began as a small group of members of the Los Angeles Branch living in the same Colton community began to convene in homes for weekly prayer meetings, eventually blossomed into the Colton City Mission.
During the inaugural church dedication service on December 13th 1998 the General Overseer Dr. D.L. Walters consecrated then Worker Sharon Dyce as Pastor and Brothers Christopher Dyce and NJ Peart ordained as Deacons and consecrated as assistant pastors.
On December 6th, 2015 the Spanish Ministry under the leadership of Pastor Alejandro Ruz was launched. Today membership of the English and Spanish congregations total over 100.
It’s important to note Reverend S. Dyce and Pastor Alejandro Ruz are pastors who are passionate about teaching the Word of God to the body of believers, so that they are prepared to reach lost souls for God’s kingdom.
